Pilates exercises help to build abdominal strength, balance and co-ordination. Pilates works on all the stabilising muscles around the joints to improve joint mobility and function.  Our Pilates classes cater for a maximum of 6 participants which allows the instructor to modify or challenge each individual as required. Our instructors are caring and well trained to assist you in your rehabilitation.
