Beginner Yoga

Uses chairs, blocks, straps and bolsters to help you improve your range of movement. Suitable for all ages and for those recovering from injury.

Flow Yoga

A seamless flow of yoga asanas to revitalise and build a good foundation of strength and flexibility, a good all round class. 

Ease into Yoga

Passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, fully supported with bolsters, blocks and blankets to allow you to soften and relax into the position. Ease into Yoga is a great class for those wanting a slower, restorative class. Ideal for all abilities.

Kid’s Yoga 

A very special hatha yoga class for kids aged 4 - 14 years who want to improve their flexibility and strength in a safe and supportive way.  Yoga also provides the tools for dealing with anxiety and nervousness leading to calm minds and happy hearts!  

Strength & Core

Ideal for those looking to build strength and stability through using one's own body weight.  Emphasis is on the core stabilising muscles of the torso.  Great class to have you feeling fit and fabulous!

Yoga For Blokes

Special class for men by male instructors. Good stretches and yoga poses for blokes to keep their joints mobile, improve posture and ease muscle tension.  


Private Yoga/Pilates/Stretch Therapy sessions are available by appointment.  Corporate, school and club enquiries welcome!
