Stretch Therapy Workshops:

Stretch therapy is a safe and effective method for restoring ease into your daily movement. These workshops are suitable for anyone wanting to improve their range of motion in the hip, legs, shoulders and thoracic spine. Partner exercises will be included as these significantly improve tension release. The workshops will conclude with a deep relaxation to assist the body and mind with repatterning your increased movement capabilities.

Presented by Carmel Taylor, alignment based yoga teacher and a senior stretch therapist and practitioner in the Stretch Therapy system. Carmel's style is fun, approachable and relevant. she is passionate about sharing this information to help you feel better in your body.

Deepen Your Breath & Stretch

This beautiful workshop focuses on stretch therapy to help open the chest and improve lung function, then you'll be guided into the world of Pranayama (yoga breath work). You'll be introduced to a number of specific breathing techniques that focus on relaxing the nervous system, calming the mind, improving digestion, increasing energy and preparing for sleep. You will feel so refreshed after the workshop!

Hips to Toes

This fabulous workshop focuses on techniques to improve hip mobility,  we also give a really good stretch to the hamstrings, quadriceps, calf muscles, ankles and the feet.  Your hips will feel so good!
