Pilates exercises help to build abdominal strength, balance and co-ordination. Pilates works on all the stabilising muscles around the joints to improve joint mobility and function.  Our Pilates based classes cater for a maximum of 6 participants which allows the instructor to modify or challenge each individual as required. Our instructors are caring, knowledgeable and qualified to assist you in your rehabilitation and desire for better movement.
